RETURNS POLICY
You will have 10 days after an item is delivered to you to notify us that you want to return the item. This means if your item was delivered e.g. on the 5th of the month, you have the leverage to return the product till 15th of the same month which means you will have the next 9 days of the same month to initiate a return request. The item will be first checked and verified from the team and if it meets the criteria, terms and conditions only then the request will be processed.
